How can I request a withdrawal from my investor’s account?
You can request a withdrawal from the “Withdraw” button at any given moment. You can withdraw your entire available amount or just part of it.
How can I cancel a withdrawal request?
A withdrawal request can be cancelled by clicking on “Withdraw” -> “View withdraw history” option. After that, press “cancel” and your funds will get back to your account.
How much time does it take to process a withdrawal request?
All withdrawal requests on the platform are processed within 2 working days.
*Please keep in mind that the international bank transfers can take more time, depending on the interbank terms.
Can I withdraw my funds in a currency that is different than the one I deposited?
You can withdraw in the currency that you have deposited in. If you would like to withdraw funds in another currency, you have two options: make a new deposit in the preferred currency, or do a currency exchange in order to have the same currency you deposited in.
Can I request a withdrawal to a different bank account that the one I previously used?
You can only receive funds to a bank account, you have made a deposit from. If you have made transactions from more than one bank account, you will have the option to choose which one the funds should be send to.
How can I add my new bank account?
In order to add a new bank account as a withdraw option, it is necessary to make a deposit from it. After that you will see it in the “Withdraw” drop-down menu.
